FAQ

The questions you'd ask on the call anyway.

Do you need write-access to my Google Ads account?
Only if you want us to execute changes for you. By default we run read-only. When you turn on autopilot you choose the categories of actions (bid changes, keyword pauses, etc.) and set hard caps. Every change is logged and can be rolled back in one click.
How technical do I need to be?
Not at all. DataCrunch Pro exists to translate complex data into short English sentences like "Pause this keyword" or "Fix these 12 SKUs." If you can read an email you can run this.
What about data residency and privacy?
We use official Google and Meta APIs over OAuth 2.0 and host in the EU. We never touch payment or banking data, never sell your data, and never train models on your data. Full DPA available on request.
Is this a dashboard or a tool that does things?
Both. The dashboards are there when you want them, but the product we actually care about is the Actions inbox — the list of things to do today, ordered by money.
How long does onboarding take?
You connect in under five minutes. The system has a usable model of your store within an hour. First morning briefing lands the next day. We onboard every customer with a human on the other side of the call.
